You're unable to upgrade from Beta 1 to Beta 2 I'm afraid - you'll need to start fresh with a new installation.

Right, but you can do 2.1.7 to 2.2.0 PB2.

I'm going to assume I have to take down Beta 1 before I install beta 2 lol oh my....

I don't suppose you have to, but it will expire eventually and there really is no reason to keep it up with the new beta version out.
