Redirection bug after editing a member if the first symbol of his id i

The bug existed for versions, but long time ago, no problem.

After editing a member if the first symbol of his id is non-english, the page turns to 'can not find the page'.

Note: the member can be successful edited, just the redirect page went wrong. if the first symbol of his id is english, no such problem. for example:

cat人 - no problem, 大cat - got redirection problem.
