Management Matt Posted September 22, 2006 Management Posted September 22, 2006 Have you checked you cookie settings in the ACP?
Alex Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Fine for me, if your cookie settings are the same on both boards (BETA and normal) this will happen
Microo Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 I've tried anything i could, but I still got the problem in the Latest FireFox :(Looks like on IE 6 it's working well
Cherrymenthol Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 Never thought of that, sorted :)Try just keeping all the cookie setting fields empty, worked for me.
Strike X Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 Have you checked you cookie settings in the ACP?yes all the field is empty.stronghold is also disabled. I have also deleted cookie. There is a bug 2.2.
Anna_Hawkins Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 Also have this problem with my board.Although my IE7 and Firefox 2.0 are going well. But at least 3 of my mods can't login.Yet sometimes can and sometimes cannot. I try to find causes but can't find any relations, both cookies and others. This is definitely a big bug ^^'
bfarber Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 No...yes all the field is empty. If so, users on IE will have problems. We've added some code to IPB to try to prevent any issues (in RC3), but I recommend you just set your cookie domain. Also have this problem with my board.Although my IE7 and Firefox 2.0 are going well. I just set cookies prefix. Seems they can now login.
