The Law
How about this feature, you know how there is quick edit a post now now? What if instead of having to click that you can just DOUBLE CLICK the post you made and it'll automatically change to a quick edit screen. You could also leave the quick edit feature for people new to the board, but eventually they'd figure out they can just double click their post and edit it that way.Similar to how you can edit topic descriptions if you're an admin. Rοb
Similar to how you can edit topic descriptions if you're an admin.Thats click and hold (which would be better for the quick edit think).
beeman
Thats click and hold (which would be better for the quick edit think). Some people use click + hold (+drag) to highlight text so that woulnt work (as soon as you release after highlighting it would open the edit window)
Dlf
User option (UCP) weather they want the default browser method (highlight), or this request?
Logan
I too would much rather access quick edit via a double click, so perhaps a user option would be best.
