Hello,

I suggest add a point system into IPB, it's very useful on a lot of conditions, like 200 points can create blog, 300 points can download files with 30kbps, 600 points can download files with 60kbps, etc.

Also agreed, these are the kind of things that are best left to a mod. It's not something IPS should spend time developing on.
