For attachments and downloads:

Limit number of Download's Per Day/Week
Limit Bandwith for downloads Per Day/Week

Ability to set one of them as a rule or both. For example that we can allow user to download 5 files per thay but they should not be larger than 50mb.
(this should not efect uploads)



Make feature to control RSS forums. They quickly become full of old news... There should be option to automatically delete news that are older than X days.
