Thats my forum. How do i get online users to show at the bottom and status updates/recent threads on the side? Ive installed all the plugins but how do i get them to show?

On the left side of the screen there should be something like this:

Just click it, select the widget you want and place it on the board.

The square option is theme settings so will need done per theme via ACP - CUSTOMIZATION - THEMES - (THEME) EDIT - CUSTOM - USE ROUNDED AVATARS - turn off the next part would be 150 x 150 is that size like it show or size like people upload ?

OK thanks ive taken off the circular setting now i just gotta make it so that everyone's avatars are 150x150. I'd like it so that everyone's shows at 150x150 and they upload at that size.
