@surinp3 3.1.1.1 is now live, however you probably should update to IPS 4.1.12.1, MemberMap 3.1.1 has some changes for 4.1.12.x

This is definitely an issue in Pages, it could be that your widget configuration isn't correct, but it isn't an issue with this app.

Via the theme editor in the AdminCP.

Theme > CSS > Feedback > Global > Feedback.css I'll see if I can come up with a way to make it smaller, with a smaller version it wasn't clear what it was for.

This is exactly what the template/theme system is for. If you don't want to touch feedback.css you can always apply your changes to custom.css The theme system can be used to update the style to be more fitting with your theme, it's quite difficult to do something that is going to suit everyone. Don't forget there's an AdminCP setting so that you can hide the author pane information in particular (or all) forums.

The new UI parts use their own templates and their own CSS classes. You can customise them to match your theme.

There is an option to force the users to select a Topic / Database Record / Other item that relates to the transaction.

I haven't had any reports of that, but if you can submit a support ticket here: http://ipb.silvesterwebdesigns.com/index.php?app=nexus&module=support§ion=new&department=5 I can certainly take a look to see if there's an issue there. There is a 3.x version included, it only supports Mandrill (and they no longer want your bulk mail).

I would lean towards that being an IPS4 bug, I haven't had any other reports of this issue. You can either submit an IPS4 support ticket, or upgrade it the old fashioned way (extract the .tar file and upload the contents to /applications/feedback and then visit yoursite.com/admin/upgrade)

I have just pushed out a minor update. No, I'm afraid the IPS framework doesn't work like that, or allow that.

This is a bug in 4.1.9, it's fixed in 4.1.10. Temporarily disabling Commerce may allow you to update it.
