  1. Dear Developers and Invision Cloud Customers, Since the day we purchased the Invision Community Cloud service we couldn't use the system because of the 502 error! First we almost all time get the ' This community is temporarily unavailable-502 ' error. For 10 day we tried to explain our problem. Unfortunately for now we are getting 502 Bad Gateway Error. By the way we are paying monthly for the system but we can not use it. Is Invision Cloud Dying? No Support, No Reply for 10 Days. URGENT !

  6. Yes, correct. This is a bug ! We just updated the system to v4.7.3 We are getting an error when we use the new events app. When we try to use it in English it works, however it doesn't work in other languages. I said about blank (new, unmodified) language packs provided by Invision Community ! Invision Community automatically assigns English values to empty language packs in language settings. The problem here is not the language pack itself, it's because the localization of language packs other than English is not compatible with the latest update. As @Richard Arch said, it's not configured correctly (date localization error - decimal etc.) But @Jim M - for some reason - just doesn't accept it and is not focused on problem solving. This problem needs to be directed to the developer team. We reported this issue via email and @Jim M ignores it even though @Vfrloos also shared the technical details in the first post of this thread. As a result, With the last update, Eventes application crashes in languages other than English(US) and languages that use the same DATE localization setting as English(US)! We request that this problem be taken seriously and forwarded to the developer team.
