If I set "System" and "search" (screenshot) both to default, the search is working as usual. somehow it removes the search as you see in the url if I try to search "apex legends" the URL I get is url: search/?do=quicksearch BUT if I set System and search to default as mentioned above. I try to search for "apex legends" search/?q=apex%20legends&quick=1
  3. it's very strange that it's 100% properly working if set to default
  4. yes I tried it. Disabled everything, and yes on default theme the same.
  5. no as I wrote. No URL changes AND it's working when set to default. But thats obv no solution, landing page would be search then ^^
  6. weird issue: (no custom urls and we rebuilded already search index. ) if I try to search "apex legends" this pops up: url: search/?do=quicksearch If I set this to default as landing page, the search is working "apex legends" search/?q=apex%20legends&quick=1 Any idea?
  7. seems like the member profiles are broken, i can't click on Member View

Hello, since a few days we can't click anymore for some users at members: if i click at this member name now, this will appear: if i click instead of members on customer, it works and it finds the user. happens since some days and not for all members. How to fix this, why did this appear now? EDIT: More Errors Pending but approved? Damn what is broken

  13. guys lol. This is not out platform. As mentioned before, we know and use invision for years, all shops are properly working except this. I asked you to look into our platform, provided access as you asked and you show me a random invision default store now...ok not helpful. You are not able to fix or find the issue at our plaform, seems like thats the case. thank you for trying. Again: Login to our platform and try to purchase something like you did here. Nothing else and then you will see the issue
  14. added a new cat. and a new product, still the same problem. So you can't fix nore you don't even look into our platform correct?
  15. it is. no 3rd party applications latest invision version all of our testers have this issue! Not possible that you don't have it
  16. tried chrome, edge, firefox, also we tried it with 3 different ppl and we know invision commerce and have other working shops.
  17. we tested again also with default invision theme same problem
