Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

Any eta or dirty fix in the meantime?

What are you setting as your default application?

If I set "System" and "search" (screenshot) both to default, the search is working as usual.

    Could contain: Text

    weird issue:
(no custom urls and we rebuilded already search index. )

if I try to search "apex legends"

Could contain: Nature, Night, Outdoors, Electronics, Mobile Phone, Phone, Sea, Water, Astronomy, Moon

    this pops up:

    Could contain: Page, Text

    url: search/?do=quicksearch

Could contain: Computer Hardware, Electronics, Hardware, Text

If I set this to default as landing page, the search is working "apex legends"

    search/?q=apex%20legends&quick=1

    Any idea?

somehow it removes the search as you see in the url

if I try to search "apex legends"
the URL I get is url: search/?do=quicksearch

    BUT

if I set System and search to default as mentioned above.

I try to search for "apex legends"
    search/?q=apex%20legends&quick=1

I had this happen on a custom theme. Have you tried this with a default/stock theme?  Have you also tried disabling any third party resources (applications or plugins) to rule them out as a problem area?

I tried this on a few different IPB powered sites and can’t replicate it. Seems to be isolated to your specific instance.

yes I tried it. Disabled everything, and yes on default theme the same.

  5. Hello,

since a few days we can't click anymore for some users at members:

    Could contain: Text

if i click at this member name now, this will appear:

    Could contain: Logo, Text, Symbol

if i click instead of members on customer, it works and it finds the user.

happens since some days and not for all members.

How to fix this, why did this appear now?

    EDIT: More Errors

Pending but approved?  Damn what is broken

    Could contain: Text

Could contain: Mobile Phone, Phone, Electronics, Text

There seems to be some confusion here. The above I had thought you meant was happening on multiple instances. This is why it was tested on my own instance here.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

we provided the access please talk to Jim M we had a pm conversation

Sorry to hear you feel this is the case. I have recorded a video for you here to show you exactly what I see. It is certainly not the case that we dont look into issues, as you mention above. We simply cant fix an issue we cant see.

What browser and operating system are you using?

guys lol. This is not out platform. As mentioned before, we know and use invision for years, all shops are properly working except this.

I asked you to look into our platform, provided access as you asked and you show me a random invision default store now...ok not helpful.
You are not able to fix or find the issue at our plaform, seems like thats the case. thank you for trying.

    Again:

Login to our platform and try to purchase something like you did here.

Nothing else and then you will see the issue

Please ensure you are using the latest release of the platform, disable all 3rd party applications, and ensure you are accessing the store in the standard manner, then test again. I am unable to replicate what you are showing in your video there unfortunately.

    it is.

    • no 3rd party applications
    • latest invision version

all of our testers have this issue! Not possible that you don't have it

Please disable all third-party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme. Please also remove any custom rewrites/redirects on your server that may be creating conflicts here.

If you're still encountering issues, please provide us access to assist:
