Should this be update not updare? updare core_members set pp_setting_count_comments = 1;

There are 2 settings in the ACP...I found another in Profiles> Profile Settings but I have it set to on by default yet they are not on by default for all groups...

I found that setting in group>Edit>Social but it must just allow them to activate it in their profile.

None of my groups have Status in the create menu and I do have a sidebar widget on my index page? How do members activate status? ETA...I see the on/off button in member's profile. Is there any ACP setting to turn them on by default?

I am able to make status updates from the side bar widget and CREATE menu but only as ADMIN. I have all my other groups set to use Status Updates but no other groups can add updates! Am I missing something here?

I see that content searches have a button to take you to the first unread post, but no button on the thread list? Any way to add it?

Ah, OK...so no option to turn off per post/reply? It is either on or off for the entire group?

I want to set up ADMIN to be able to post HTML in 1 forum (so I can post buy now paypal buttons for forum merch. I found the setting for the group but how do I turn it on for the forum?

No, nothing in my database from the old forum. I entered the info into the converter but the paths to my old forum were not working so I sent a ticket to my host for clarification. The next morning, I went to continue the conversion and it popped up a message that it was converting and then finished! In less than 1 second! Now I am unable o start a new MyBB conversion as it says that I have already completed it. And now I am stuck! ETA...I just got a reply back from IPS...they tracked down my issue, fixed it and will be adding it to the next release! They also removed the failed conversion so I can try again! But it will have to wait until tomorrow morning now...I have to head home from work!

Is it normal to wait for days to get answers from a ticket? I got a few replies fast the other day and no nothing for almost 2 days! I still haven't been able to run the converter.

Yeah nothing. No forums, no members...nothing. I have a ticket in now.

I have a new problem...the converter says it has finished but it hasn't done anything to the new install! When I try to start a new conversion, it says that I can't because it was already finished! So, now what, LOL?

Hi guys, I am trying to convert from MyBB to IPB but I cannot get the full paths to MyBB installation to work on the converter. There are 3 instances that I need to fill...emoticons, members and attachments. I did install IPB on the same server as the MyBB forum...it is actually in same directory (7173mustangs.com) but I installed IPB in 7173mustangs.com/forums (new directory) Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
