  1. Hi, I'm looking to manage the max devices logged in the same time

    a way to disconnect any other device when a user log in.

    so there will never be 2 devices logged in in the same time for specific groups (selectable in the groups settings)

    and another option, select how many devices is allowed, and when ever the amount is reacted, the next login will show a page "what device do you want to disconnect?" 

    with the list or logged in devices with a button "disconnect"

    the moment a device is disconnected a popup jump and say "you have been disconnected, please reconnect" ( and show the "login details"

    and officers, a way to change the language in the "language" page in the board.

  2. Hi

    i have installed "miniOrange OAuth Single Sign On" on my WordPress.

    i have created a WordPress OAuth Clients  in my IPS.

    I got the clients, AUTH endpoint and so on.

    and configured the plugin in the WordPress side.

    when i get to the test OAuth connection it fails.

     

    WP side:

    Could contain: Text, Page, Menu, Number, Symbol

     

    IPS side: 

    Could contain: Text, Page, Document

     

    any ideas?

  3. Hi, I'm trying to give specific groups permission for specific departments in the support.

    I was unable to locate the open ticket permissions.

    I want to create a support department only for members, and a department for different groups that i set who can open in that department

  4. hi, I have a problem.

    I have set the contact us button to create a new support request.

    if a member contact me, I do not have any problem since I get all the member details.

    when a guest contact me, in the contact us 2 additional field's are shown.

    "Name"

    "Mail"

    and message

    in the support ticket, only the mail and message are shown, and the "name" despaired.

     

    P.S is there any option on adding additional Felds to the support form?

  5. Hi, I'm trying to add send grid to my board.

    I have open the account in send grid, created the API KEY, gave the API KEY full access.

    copy the API and try to add it the the board API

    I receive "2C339/1 The API Key you supplied appears to be incorrect. Please check your API Key and try again."

    in the send grid, my server IP have been added and write on its IP method - API KEY

    Could contain: Text, Word, Logo, Trademark, Symbol, Number, Home Decor, Alphabet

  6. hello.

    i want to create a evet to allow members to create a event with a minimum of 5 minuts betwin events.

    so, thy cannot create 2 events in the same time.

    and max of 30 events every hour.

    is there a way to do it?

    i have not seen any option to set or limit events to users.

    only to allow or block adding a events.

    and i want it to be automatecly, and not with admin approvel.

  7. can you please tell me how dos it work? 

    for my understanding (my lvl of html\css\php is a but more then a beginner) if you have a form, and the form dos not have the field that in need to chack with the php, so it will skip it.

    the html pass the information to the php, but the html chacks if it have been field or not.

    but if i remove the intire section then it wont be checkt, and the form will be sent without cheking the information and will send it sucsesfuly.

     

    or, is it possible to add "defualt" information, so if the user will send the information without writing any thing, the form will send succsesfuly since it have the difualt values in the section.

    (like in the "yes or no" feature)

  8. i will be more spesific.

    i meant to remove the selected text location complitly, and not only the "required" on it.

    if i remove the intire writing on the new support ticket, when the user submit it, it wont check it becuse it dose not exsist.

    i have not located the file that edit the base form of the support ticket.

    if the support ticket will include only "subject" and all custum fields, without the difualt main text airea. and i will ad coustum field with text ariea, it wont be "required"
