    @Etienne A Same for your site, I just visited your site and you got it light, as soon as I click accepted cookies it's dark theme

    Already any update here @aXenDev? I receive a lot of tickets from members as a result of this bug. Thanks! 

  2. Hi Marc, thanks for responding.... but after more than 1,5 month this is not a great answer. I get a lot of complaints from my customers and already contacted the author. The application is now more than 2 months offline. This is what I received from the author @Michael.J 1,5 months ago:

    Apologies for the delay, I've just checked and I can't see any error log for why the Videos app is locked. IPS have already confirmed it's compatible with IPB 4.7 and I just checked my test board too and it's not locking the app for me.

    This might be an error on IPSs end, could you please contact them and check why it's locked?

  3. Hi, good morning,

    Recently I have updated my Invision Community to the latest version. Since this moment I am not able to (re)activate the application 'Videos' from MichaelJ. I already contacted the author of this application but he advised me to contact Invision Community Support as the application is up to date and should be working. It seems like something is wrong in the software. 

    Could you please advise how to solve this? Is there any possibility to overrule the locked application?

  4. Hi, great application. I have a question about the automatic ruling within IPS. 
    I'd like to move automatically members into a particular group based on the criteria "Member has Trophy". No other criteria is selected.

    Several members have received this trophy but they are not moved into the right group. 

    I've checked that the position of this rule is below other rules so it got preferred above other rules. 

    Anything I miss? Thanks in advance for any help.

  5. Hi all,

    Hope someone can help me out as I am experiencing a serious problem and don't know how to solve.
    I already asked Invision for support but don't get response for already a couple of hours.

    I'm running a website and using Two Factor Authentication for my administrators and moderators. Since this afternoon I'm not longer able to log in with TFA (Google). It doesn't accept the code. The result is that no one of my administrators and moderators is able to log in.

    Could someone please advise how to disable Two Factor Authentication (Google) and restore access to my website?
