Do you mean the cover photo can't be repositioned? If so I have tested that and it works fine, Also what theme are you using?

More info would be helpful then him just saying there is a bug with sticky notes, Without football app installed its all fine, sounds like something clashes which ain't a bug with sticky notes

In what way? did the install work fine or did your net/connection get interrupted during it? also click to update it and re-upload the same version and then try to uninstall it

Yeah like @SammyS said, Change the border radius in the info panel edits, 38 should do depending if you have choose to change the size but it dosen't matter if you use 200 either
