As far as i can see. Global notes can be sent only from ACP.

Global notes only can be used by acp users.

Could you add functionality:

• How many global/private notes can be sent over 24hrs from a single user.
• Global notes could be used by selected group on acp.

Looks like everything working as described. Just a minor fixes needed.

Also I've changed "where to show?" option to -> "In the user info panel" but nothing happened. Maybe bcs I'm still not on v4.2 or this option should work either?

It's all about trading. I meant that feedbacks users should be less visible(open).

Reasons:

• Spam issues when everyone can see traders.
• Clients stealing.

As for this kind of update i suggest that:

• Users profiles shouldn't be accessed from "Trader Feedback System"
• To prevent anonymous and fake feedbacks. - ability for users to see only first and last letters of the nickname and rest nickname hidden (j***i)
• Feedback count next to the nickname.
• Feedback owner can see full info on his profile
