That's of course already possible:) You're able to add as many elements as you want on the ACP page where the forms and fields are managed Just click on the + icon to add another form element.

Are you using the recent version? This was AFAIK indeed a bug, which was fixed a while ago. If you're still seeing this, does this also happen with the default theme? Could you post a link to the clear notifications app to test it myself? Thanks:)

Have you run the criteria checker? Did it give a false positive result?

Have you tried the criteria debug tools? Are they reporting that the members should get the trophy? Have the members logged in in the meanwhile? Trophies are awarded when a member logs in and also via a cron job which can take a while to iterate over all members on boards with many members and/or trophies.
