  1. True, we can't provide access to our forum or ftp, and that's on us; our problem. But every other support requested in private form have always the same response: extra payment or others. We already (and rightly) spent money for the plugin, and even an extra for adding the limit to Topics too (first post). We asked the creator support the first time: he said that may one of the plugins that we have installed may interfere and causing conflicts. For that, he would have to recode a good portion of the plugin and that would take some time and it falls under extras. But he wanted to charge not money for it, but 15 posts/topics at his forum (?). We obviusly rejected. Then we asked a TeamViewer session to find this problem on ftp: he rejected. At the end, on the third request for support, Faqole says that he can try to istall the complete list of plugins and apps that we have at his test forum and work there. But this will cost another extra, 25 euro. We rejected. End of story.
  2. As @Faqole requested, I ask support here. The plugin does not work on my platform. That's what i did: Activate the plugin; Set only 1 exclusion in the plugin, for admin accounts (but no changes to what i wrote down here if I remove the exclusion); Set a sub section of the forum with MAX limit 8000 characters (others limits set to 0); Tried to insert a topic with 20000 character or so, no effects, topic successffully inserted; While i was IN the topic, moderators setting do not work (tried to delete the topic, get error code QTE/1); Was fine to delet the topic OUT of it, in the section screen; While I was doing this tests, I saw (and other Staffer said to me) that Notification not work, every message inserted was successfully posted but invisible right after. We could communicate only trought private message; The moment I disabled the plugin, all turns back to normal. Today i tried to disable all other plugins and try this one with no interferences: same result. As you see, I cant test so much or activate the plguin for long periods, cause my platform goes in chaos.
  3. Hello, Adriano! I got some problems with the User Groups in Registration Screen plugin that the company I work for bought time ago. I cant see, now, the button for the Groups change in the Account Settings; the plugin works only in the registration screen. This issue appeared after the update to the v4.1.19.4 of IPS. I think there are some compatibility problems because if I active the plugin, everything in my community begins to blow up. Can you help me fix it? Thank you, have a nice day.
