Updated to PHP 8.x how to update pages?
Think it was just a miss warning in invision admin as apparently all fine on the server settings. I do have this pages issue, have updated login details, hopefully incision is able to at fix the pages application on my site? Many thanks

Edit: developer who manages the server says cron is working fine. incorrect warning form admin area? Not sure but will disable that warning.

Many thanks! I have now uploaded and overritten. Unfortuantly when I go to mysite/admin/upgrade I am still getting the same issue: 'DATABASENAMEHIDDENFORSECURITY.ccs_databases' doesn't exist this database.ccs_database Not sure why that is missing or how to fix.

Thank you for your reply. I didn't do anything. I uploaded FTP files of the cms and skipped ones that existed, but looking at the time stamp here that was over 11 hours ago. Other than that I made no changes to files or anything. Something with the upgrade must have messed up my site. After it is fixed I am going to have to heavily consider moving to invision cloud, but I am not sure that they can support my forum as it is likely too large for them going by the packages they sell, and no idea what future costs will be if I ended up needing larger disk space, as they do not advertise it. They only advertise up to 6.5tb but no larger package.

Hi @Marc Stridgen thank you for your reply. Please can you see my precious post. I am updating via that link you mention but it’s not working. Have I lost my pages data due to the upgrade?! There See several custom pages of my website which I will have most of this has happened. NOW MY WHOLE FOURM IS DOWN This is not good at all!

Thank you for your replies, it is appreciated. I do see how the forums for support can be useful, if they are ultimately picked up by staff, though if not I can see easily be stranded. The guys at invision themselves are great and have helped me a lot in the past. To confirm the pages says 'locked' as per the screenshot above. After adding the files there is no way to update from admin applications page, it just asks for a .tar file if doing like that. When I visit mysite.com/admin/upgrade and start the process I then get a red error and it says: Table 'TABLENAMEHIDDENFORSECURITY.ccs_databases' doesn't exist And idea what went wrong? Note that I have hidden the exact database name for security but it is reference the correct database of the forum.

I have upgraded top PHP 8.x and the latest forum software. The pages application does not allow upgrade from the admin area, it shows this: I have downloaded the files, uploaded to FTP but skipped same files instead of overwriting as I was afraid to loose the data that I have there. Now I have noticed that there is a manual option to upload a file within admin to upgrade, but I need a .tar file, where can I find this? I couldn't find it in the downloaded files. Usually I would contact Invision Community but they no longer provide support which is a shame. I am even willing to pay for support but there doesn't seem to be an option for this and no reply to my emails. Hopefully someone can help, but surly only Invison Community themselves have the needed .tar file?!

Invision Stripe integration, direct debit?
Unfortunately the price is cost prohibitive and in the thousands, from a developer I asked. So hopefully Invision can consider adding this to the stripe gateway or an additional gateway so that card payments and direct debit can be separated (some products/subscriptions may want to only allow one or the other) Because with the SCA authentications in EEA (UK and Europe) it’s not possible to increase or decrease the monthly subscription amount on a card without needing SCA confirmation of the change, which would result in a high amount of dropped membership. So direct debit and SEPA direct debit is the most logical payment option for subscriptions in the EEA, so please please consider adding it if you are serious about supporting subscription based forums!

Direct debit payments
Stripe supports direct debit payments. Please make an integration to support direct debit. Ideally with the ability to manually choose to turn on/off direct debit separately from on/off card payments. Or per region. So that one can choose to only accept direct debit for U.K. members, and also only direct debit for SEPA. And card payments for all other countries.

Stripe supports direct debit. Does the invision stripe integration support direct debit? Is it possible to specifically select to only allow direct debit on a product with renewals, and exclude card payment option? If not, is it possible for stripe to integrate the above. These are very important as due to 2FA if a reaccuring card transaction is changed in amount, their card renewal payment will fail. With direct debit, it is possible to increase or decrease the membership price, as long as you give notice to the customer. This will avoid failed payments.

Deleting payment method
I have a product in the store which has a renewal, used as a subscription. If I delete a payment method from that product, and add a new payment method. What will happen to existing members on this subscription? Will their payment fail as their previously selected payment option is no longer an option? Or will they be able to remain on that payment method, even though it has been removed from the product?

Refused: The provided PaymentMethod
Stripe payment. The above just shows when you go to the transaction. It should of automatically renewed as saved card on file for the automatic payment. However the above message shows under the reason why it was ‘refused’ So I would like to find out what caused that in order for future automatic payments not to fail.

I have a question as to what this exactly means: Refused: The provided PaymentMethod was previously used with a PaymentIntent without Customer attachment, shared with a connected account without Customer attachment, or was detached from a Customer. It may not be used again. To use a PaymentMethod multiple times, you must attach it to a Customer first. As I am unsure what the information means exactly but looks like it is something to do with the invoice itself / integration. I am only completely guessing here, but is may be something to do with 2FA payments? I appreciate your help in advance.

@Makoto is it possible to add member group settings, to only allow certain member groups to use certain tags? This was a function on Advanced tags & Prefixes. And members could only see the available tags for their group. Would it be possible to add this? 🙂
