  1. You will want to revert or update your modified email template here:
  2. This would be how you're sending the email, not the user.
  3. Are you using an external email service? Do they place any link tracking on those links? If so, you will want to disable those temporarily for testing to see if this impacting it.

  5. Pages Databases can post a topic with each record which is posted. That is what is happening here 🙂 . We opted to not allow comments on the Pages Database record itself.
  6. If you require a subscription on registration, it will direct the user to select a subscription first when clicking registration. The order of the Subscriptions in the ACP. You can reorder them 🙂 . To the left of the Subscription name is an icon with multiple bars, drag that to the order you want it. This is not possible.
  7. That would be correct. They would remain in whatever group they are in now. You would need to move them to a group if that is changing.

  15. That would be the PHP log. Not the OAuth log in our software. This is in ACP -> System -> API -> OAuth -> edit the OAuth key, expand the endpoint you're using and check Log. If it is working then stops, sounds like this is something with the server or the IP address in question is getting banned.

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.     Sorry, it is not clear what you are asking. Are you want to run two separate websites? If so, that would not be possible. Your license is only valid for 1 Live URL. If you mean, you want to add multiple forum categories to your Forums application, that is doable. Please clarify and we can assist further.
  20. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  21. You will want to double check the request which you are sending to the OAuth endpoint and ensure that all endpoints are authorized correctly. Additionally, you will want to enable logging for OAuth endpoint so you can see what is happening. Currently, there are no errors as logging is disabled on your endpoints.

  23. I don't read the language in question there but are you able to select and find the block in the custom block there? Is it perhaps, you do not have any content which matches the filters on the block?
  24. "Popular Now" block was removed for Cloud packages in the latest release (as mentioned in the release notes). Team and up have access to our Cloud-based "Trending Content" feature which utilizes are proprietary algorithm to show popular content. You can enable this in the Smart Community -> Features tab
