  1. In the first instance, please go to Support in the top right of your admin CP and address any items that are showing there. If there are old tables that need to be removed, this will tell you. Secondly, you need to ensure you are logging only errors that are needed. As mentioned above, this would usually be logging only level 3 and above. Another item to check would be to go to your system logs within the support area, and ensure you dont have any system errors being logged over and over, which may be causing tables to fill up. If all else fails, please update your access details on file, and I can take a look to see if there is anything causing you obvious issues there that I can see.   2. On a stock installation, you could likely do that yes. We cannot advise on database changes however. The reality here is its very likely resetting the timer due to entering an incorrect password again
  3. I see you managed to get that resolved by uploading fresh files. Glad to see things are now working for you
  4. Please check that these users have not registered through tapatalk. I suspect given they can register using that method, this may well be what is causing the problem.

  13. There would only really be 2 orders when It's a yes/no field. So the only possible sorts in that scenario would be ascending or descending. Unless Im misunderstanding what you are asking for here?
  14. captcha is already used on the contact us link is this is enabled. There is no other form of check on that page at present

  17. Ah, that would have been the answer to the question of why you were needing to add things directly. You were trying to add records 🙂 Glad you have what you need there.

  19. It would depend on the location you are posting it. We provide oembed, but if the place its being paste doesnt use oembed, it will indeed just paste a link
  20. You cannot fix this directly in the database, no. You would need to wait for it to unlock, then once it has, reset your password. You would do this from the login form by selecting the "forgot your password" link
  21. There is no way in which to create a topic within a subject, as this is a required item for the software to operate. As mentioned above, they are actually displayed using the title in most areas.

  23. You cannot delete all avatars within the software at present. Have you moved the server in which the site is on also?
  24. Sorry, Im not sure what you mean here. Please could you clarify? Perhaps an example of what you are trying to do may help
