  1. Please could you confirm this has now resolved the issue for you?
  2. Its also worth noting, if you have a large amount of data you may be best to move the data manually
  3. Also is there any particular place you are seeing this? If you have an example user we can certainly take a look.
  4. The majority of our customers have S3 as the primary storage, so its actually very stable. There was clearly some issue there which related to your specific site. If you decide to use it again and have an issue, please ensure access is up to date and let us know if you hit the issue
  5. Are you ensuring you are clicking the link at the top of the embed, and not the one in the middle? Only the link at the top links to the direct post. What is in the middle is what you are replying to (the topic), so does indeed lead to the top
  6. Please could you check the htaccess? It appears to be incorrect
  7. Please ensure you back up. While there isnt really anything that should go wrong on there, we cannot really be responsible for you having no backup if it does
  8. This would be best on another topic if possible. We can then certainly take a look for you, of course
  9. Please provide access to the site you are creating the translation on. I am also not seeing it on our end
  10. You'd have to post up a suggestion for that within our suggestions area really
  11. There isnt at the present time. You would need to add a suggestion for that
  12. Im not able to replicate that one. I'm seeing the map no problem. That seems to be an issue only on your site. Are you seeing anything in console?
  13. Ah, that would indeed need a suggestion to go in. There is no way of doing that with the current platform
  14. Ive actually added some notes to add to this one. Thank you for your feedback 🙂
  15. Its caching on the server side which isnt connected to the ACP. Thats something you would need to check with your hosting company
  16. Please try using recovery mode in order to regain access to the admin CP. You can then take a look at the error message being logged in your system logs
  17. No, you would need to rebuild in order to take account from prior items. Unless you rebuild it will only count things that are added from that point on
  18. Are you running any caching on your server there? It sounds very much like you are having cache issues from what you have said there
  19. You would need to ask the author whether those would be included. Manually assigned items would not be included ina rebuild, so you dont need to worry about those
  20. Are these custom friendlies that you have in place?
  21. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  22. There wouldnt be any logs on the elasticsearch side, as the software is unable to connect to it at those points
  23. Hello, There would be no way in which to retrigger those. You would likely be best to revert to the backup taken before this process. If you are then still having issues, we can create a ticket to take a look for you if needed. There is no such tool available. It is done with the background tasks There isnt really, unfortuanetly.
