  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  2. I think it would be best here to ask what it is you are trying to achieve at this point? It does sound like you are very much overthinking the way in which the task should be handled. You simply need to make sure the task is running every minute. Things like how much is run within a given time, whether tasks overlap etc, are all things in which are taken care of by the software and some based on the environment in which it is run in. So it make little difference whether or not its run on a beefy dedicated machine or shared hosting. The task will only run what it can within that given timeframe
  3. If you edit any group and look on the social tab, you will see you can set whether or not a group can create clubs, and even limit to different types if needed With regard PMs there isnt a way in which to do this at present. We do have the ability to disable the PM system coming in the next release
  4. The title is the title no matter where you view it. What is happening there is each of the views on your email readers are displaying it differently. It sounds like one is showing the recipient. We have no control over that unfortunately. The software will tell you if this is not the case at any point, but as custom templates you should always keep a copy of your custom work somewhere. We cannot guarentee things will never be overwritten, but they wouldnt generally be.
  5. Both are shown on the same page, with on agree button at the bottom

You can order them within the admin CP to whatever order you choose, using drag/drop
  7. Sorry, Im not sure what you mean here. If you select to force people to accept the privacy policy, it will indeed ask people to accept the new ones

I have moved this over to our suggestions area, as while you may believe it to be essential, at present this is not something that is present within the software
  9. There is an open bug report for this issue at present. Unfortunately there is little else I can give you on this currently, other than to say its being looked into.
  10. No problem. Please let us know
  11. You have switched to https using the server, but not actually changed the software to use it. You need to follow the instructions in the following location https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/configuration-options/using-ssl-https-r273/
  12. Just spoken to one or our developers, and we have this on our list for the near future
  13. What VPN are you using there? Is this only when you are using the VPN?
  14. You could potentially use featured for that
  15. You need to contact the mail provider. We believe it may be that gmail has switched off SMTP, but I havent seen anything for certain on that. The issue here however is with your mail provider, not with the Invision platform. It would be them who you would need to contact for support
  16. There is then something else on the server throwing an error. That is the most common
  17. I believe Adriano has what you need there, but if its something else you mean here, please let us know
  18. No problem. Hope this resolves the issue for you
  19. The message you have there would indicate that PHP mail is switched off. Are you trying to use PHP Mail as the mailing type?
  20. As I mentioned above, this is being returned from your mail provider. The message itself is not coming from our software. As you are using gmail, I know there are some settings in there to allow you to use smtp, so that may be worth checking
  21. While I understand what you mean there, I feel you may be thinking of this the wrong way around. We would not test updates on the software against items (nginx rewrites) that we dont provide support for. I completely understand the frustration that it no longer works for you, however those rewrites arent something in which we have written.
  22. This will have been moved here as its related to your hosting, not to the software. We dont provide support for your hosting in any way, and do not actually provide any rewrites for nginx. This is not related in any way to the way in which we do support.
  23. You would need to contact your mail provider on this. It is your mail provider that is returning the message indicating the credentials you have entered are incorrect there
  24. You would go to to Customisation>Appearance>Icons and Logos, then fill in all the details there. Once you have done this, push would be enabled
  25. No problem at all 🙂
