ok, I understand that in general bu if I have 2 instances of community talking to the same server, and only test install gives me that error. Is there any community setting which I should test and I might set it on our production environment in he past?

Yesterday I installed test install version of the community on one of my servers and while the installation gone fine and I can do all admin tasks without any problem, I have some weird issues on the user side: - cannot register because of the error attached - after I created account as admin I can post as this user without problem - I cannot post as guest becouse of the same error MySQL server is the same as the main production and it works fine so it's not the database server issue. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Standard Users do not have moderation enabled - when they write new posts or reply without quoting then their posts shows up immediately but when they quote guests post it goes to moderation queue. I would like to avoid moderation queue for registered and cannot find setting for that.
