Thank you. Is there anything I can do to help this from happening . I have another site i need to upgrade that is setup exactly the same.

I had checked all information before listing the error above. All access information is current. If here is somthing else that is needed please let me know

Duplicate entry '1708' for key 'PRIMARY' /homepages/10/d525861202/htdocs/public_html/wvpwu/system/Application/Application.php::1835 REPLACE INTO `core_tasks` ( `app`, `key`, `frequency`, `next_run` ) Listed is the error that pops up during the upgrade process. Tried clearing cache and starting the upgrade again with no success.
