As mentioned before it would be great that through the Donations module you could purchase points

For me the features should include:
Be able to rename the points, i.e. 'beer' Be able to buy points via PayPal, e.g one point = £3.00 Able to give points to other users

You can use any HTML for formatting. So yes, you may use font icons or svg if you so choose, as long as it fits within the character limit.
