You will need to edit that file manually to change those language strings.

It was a small bug with certain server locales.was s pain to track down

Hummm ... in my case would be better to let members add own markers because it's a way give life to the map.
I would create categories (restaurants, beaches, hotels, etc) and they will add markers with their comments.

This would be fantastic :)
