What's New in Version 1.0.14 Add uploading video feature, support mp4, m4v, flv. ( Add/Edit servers -> Choose From -> Upload to enable it). Upload multiple videos. Include posting video url or uploading in posting/editting video page. The old 'Video Online management' page is now 'Subtitles' to manage subtitles. Option to enable/disable subtitle system (Settings -> video -> Subtitles). Fix bug that can not view profiles. Embeddable video link. When you paste a videobox link to almost any kind of content, whether it's a forum topic, calendar event, gallery album or more, it will automatically embed a small preview of the video included thumbnail, submitter, title & description.

V1.0.13 has a bug in profile if user posted a review . I will fixed this bug in the next version. But you can fix it by going ACP -> Customization -> Themes -> click </> to edit theme -> videobox -> front -> global -> snippet Find {{if $activity instanceof \IPS\videobox\Video\Comment}}Replace by {{if $activity instanceof \IPS\videobox\Video\Comment or $activity instanceof \IPS\videobox\Video\Review}}Save

For the first time it will create the cache, so it doesn't resize each page load. You can test on the my demo site.

About the thumbnail This app doesn't use any hooks to posting article action, so I think there are diffrence problems on your site. You can disable this app and try to test the problem will occur or not.

Look at my demo site http://ipsviet.com/page/featuredcontent4 It never resizes images each page load (cimage has cache) This option is used for image resize/crop & filter, if you don't like you can ignore it. Or you don't like to use it on external service, you can download cimage, timthumb,... or any php resize script and use it on your hosting.

There is an option to use image rerize scripts to aspect ratio but I haven't updated my demo site yet. (go to acp featured content -> settings -> On-the-fly Image Resizing URL ) About emoticons, I have a solution to ignore emoticons, I will update in the next version. Edit: Updated demo site, no stretching images

yes, you can select multi forums, it will auto get the first image in the first post to set as thumbnail. It also supports Pages, Gallery, RSS or you can add contents manually. You can see the control panel in screenshots of this file, I haven't installed a test site yet.

I recommend using Media Tag feature (in the newest version) so that your member only need to use the url. It's safe and easy more than posing html.
