It would be nice to have a Page Top button on the skin as you have to scroll all the way back which can be annoying in threads with lots of replies.

Just because we haven't agreed with all your suggestions, doesn't mean that we think the search and view new content system is not important. These systems are not perfect and we will continue to improve them, but there won't be any dramatic changes in the near future. However, it is likely that we will add a setting to choose between using last post or unread posts in the near future. If there were larger changes to be made, that would happen in 3.1, but I wouldn't expect to see a dramatic change to the presentation of these features. I can't tell you for sure what will happen in 3.1 with these features, because we are still discussing this internally and evaluating feedback.

Sounds like a great idea to me to ecourage positive posting. The only issue I can see is when members don't reward good posts, like in this topic for example. Although you have had 3 replies so far including mine, nobody had given positive rep for your suggestion except for me.

Make DoB mandatory during signup. You can make the year optional if you want but it will be mandatory on my site.

When an existing member logs in I want that member to be prompted to update their profile and once in the profile area to make the required changes in the fields I have marked as mandatory.

Just to confirm that you do need an active support contract to access restricted areas.

As far as I am aware you still have to renew your support with a perpetual licence to get access to customer forums. I am sure a member of staff will confirm this for you

You need to be an active customer to download it. You need to use the same e-mail address in the client center and on these forums. If you have then log out of the forums and then back in.

A setting to remove language selector if only one language is installed, please.

I have always though members creating their own custom forum view would be a great addition I remember this being asked many times before. Maybe there isn't the demand for it or it would add to many resources

I mean mass downloading of conversations/PM's. Not just one conversation but an entire group of them.

Yes when I had hosting in the past (don't have a public website or forum now) I found IPS hosting to be very good, reliable and fast with great service and support and wouldn't hesitate to recommend
