How long a ticket can stay in client area till someone read it?

can i suggest updating the tickets to say you're looking into the issue. seriously two seconds would save you a lot of bad feelings. if you look at my tickets now, it's just looks like it's being ignored. -
checked the tracker, but didn't see anything. i upgraded yesterday and since then there's zero reported posts, but I've reported to it 3 times with different accounts and there's no indication there's anything wrong. no errors. the process goes as expected the whole way.
