Posting of remote or linked images function ?

This is excellent news :) I haven't had a problem with large images on my site until the last couple of days. A couple of members don't know how to resize their images and it goes off the screen :angry: Is this setting in with 3.0.4 (as i can't find it on the Admin CP) or will it be in the new release?
