Edit: I have temporarily disabled embedding via the control panel.  If I should enable for diagnosing the problem, I am happy to. 

Multiple users have reported problems using the Android Chrome Browser when opening threads. I can occasionally replicate the problem, but it is not consistent.  It seems to happen most predominantly in threads that have embedded tweets.  For example,

I have had the problem for probably 6 - 9 months, but in the last month, it has become much more frequent.  With my browser, I have tried deleting the cache/cookies, but this does not seem to affect it.

Any guidance on how to diagnose or fix this problem would be appreciated.

I cleared the Cache and my third party items are disabled, and I still have the problem.

The curious item is that if I try to create a new message while I am viewing an existing private message.  The body text box appears.  But if I try to create a new message when I am on a forum page, the body text box does not appear.  Examples below/attached.

When I click the messages icon then compose new message, I can enter a username and title of the message, but a body text box to write the message does not appear.  Screen shot below:

I admit I am unsure of how to diagnose this problem.  Any guidance appreciated.
