Adriano Faria Posted 18 hours ago Author Posted 18 hours ago (edited) These fields appear only when submitting the file. Anyway, that's my category settings: So for the video below, I don't even use the UPLOAD field in the file category. I uploaded a new version, changed nothing, and hit save. After a hard-refresh, the category image is gone: I disabled the Save Previous Version? option but it doesn't make any difference. The next step is to upload a new version and remove all screenshots. Save. Upload a new version with the screenshots. Edited 18 hours ago by Adriano Faria
Esther E. Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Thanks. I'll let you know if I'm able to replicate this. Adriano Faria 1
Adriano Faria Posted 13 hours ago Author Posted 13 hours ago Not sure how to help. I disabled all 3rd-party apps I'm using; the same. That's what I'm using:
Esther E. Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Grasping at straws here, but what happens if you switch to PHP 8.2?

Adriano Faria Posted 11 hours ago Author Posted 11 hours ago @EliasM, is your board a fresh install or an upgrade from 4.7.1*? @Esther E. Could it be by any chance any file from IPS 4 interfering somehow? Yep, I know it sounds absolutely vague but I’m out of ideas here.
Hatsu Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Are the screenshots deleted or just not found? Perhaps the URL is messed up and/or a character set problem? I tried it on my dev site (upgraded from v4, no issues. PHP 8.3).

Upgrade, but I remember that the problem occurs with a new installation The problem does not occur immediately after modifying the file, it may take a few hours I tried it today on a new install, And the problem happened hours later Edited 11 hours ago by EliasM

Esther E. Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago This is going to end up being one of those issues that takes days to find and seconds to fix.
Hatsu Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago @Adriano Faria the screenshots are getting physically deleted or are still there on your server but 404ed?
