Can't Upgrade from 4.7.16

We are on vs 4.7.16 but cannot upgrade. It directs to the upgrade area. It says to confirm third party resource check. After which point the continue button is avaliable. Then it redirects to a page that says no "There are no applications available to upgrade". We believe this also may be affecting our downloads since no previous downloads are working.

It starts here -> /admin/?app=core&module=system&controller=upgrade

And then goes here -> /admin/upgrade/?controller=applications&key=<REDACTED>

Nope. Just a specific bug you ran into this time on this release. Typically staying up to date on releases will help as well 🙂
