After which point the continue button is avaliable. Then it redirects to a page that says no "There are no applications available to upgrade". We believe this also may be affecting our downloads since no previous downloads are working. It starts here -> /admin/?app=core&module=system&controller=upgrade And then goes here -> /admin/upgrade/?controller=applications&key=<REDACTED>
