Our forum was converted from Nabble a bit over a week ago and today I discovered that the polls we created don't seem to have come over. The polls in question are in Vendor Reviews & Ratings, and the first one that shows up is U-Tech Center. And the error message is [[Template core/global/global/poll is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] I've added a poll this morning via InVision and it works nicely. But I don't have a clue what to do about the error message and don't see the "support tool" in AdminCP. Besides, I don't want to start pushing buttons when it may be a conversion issue. Metor 1
Jim M Posted September 27 Posted September 27 There is a ticket in with this question and as we've done the migration, we'll need to review it. Please watch your email for an answer to your ticket.
Gary Lewis Posted September 27 Author Posted September 27 Thanks, Jim! It isn't a time-critical thing, but something I'd really like to get right. We have a lot of input on the various vendors and don't want to lose that.
