Sorry, I meant to include how it has been modified. Like history of topic contents.

Like, if you now update the title to 'Suggestion: Moderator log  and history to include topic title edits', it would make it more understandable to later see what happened here.

That's exactly what my colleague said.

The text includes the old and the new title. "renamed X from Y"

If you take a look at his picture, you can see that he added a . at the end of the title which is covered in the moderator log.
