Upgrade Failed - Do Not Know How to Reset

I ran the update process this morning and it failed.  I did not get a screen shot of the error message.  My organization's site is down and the message is "Update in Progress".  It has been forty minutes.  Does anyone have an idea of what I need to do to get things running?
