My subscription renewed the same day my site was DDos attack and disabled by invision. - Does this time get refunded or can my renewal date be switched to when the site is back online? The attack has long been over and the first time it’s ever happened to me and i’ve been on the platform for almost 4 years. - Can my website please be re-enabled since the attack is long over with? - Can I be emailed my backups so I can look into self hosting? I have EVEN applied to have my domain changed when back online so the url is hidden from whoever the attacker was. I don’t know what else to do my email tickets aren’t getting responded to….
