Rose Posted December 6, 2023 Posted December 6, 2023 Hi, I'm trying to enable "reactions" in our community, I turned on the related settings in Members > Reputation & Reactions, yet it still doesn't work. I also double checked at "member groups" to ensure that this feature is enabled for all groups. Can anyone please help?
Solution Jim M Posted December 6, 2023 Solution Posted December 6, 2023 You will want to check the "Maximum number of reactions allowed to give" in ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit group -> Social tab. I took a look at your Administrator group and it is set to 0. Meaning, that group cannot give reactions. S. Rose 1
