Site Offline Notice

Any ideas why I would get a Site offline notice 2x. I have a custom page im working on its only there 1x but everything else its 2x. 

Default theme, latest version... 

Its not really a big deal but we are working on a bunch of things so we will be offline for a bit while we work.

Disable third party applications/plugins, and view on an unmodified theme.
