James Lawler Posted November 6, 2023 Posted November 6, 2023 We have logged into our forum today, and the 'Article' functionality has disappeared. When you navigate to ...articles.html/ on our forum nothing is displayed. In the Admin area, under 'Pages' the function for editing or adding new articles has disappeared. We need some help understanding what has happened. It was all ok on Friday and the forum hasn't been touched since then. Posting here as we can't find any other way of contacting support (which is extremely frustrating). Thanks

You had a trial when you first purchased of the software, which may be why it is missing but that is only for a limited time. As you are a Cloud client, you would go to Client Area -> Manage Purchases -> click your package -> Support. You can also use our Contact form to contact accounts. Alternatively, this is the support forum which is managed by our staff.
