Tags in Search Results

I am new so might be missing something, but I can't figure out how to make tagged content show up in search results? I understand that users can go to "search by community" and then search by tag, but this is NOT how most users are going to try to search for content! If there's a way to do this, or if anyone knows of a workaround, I would great appreciate the feedback!

I'm afraid, the only way to search by tags would be by selecting it in advanced search:
