Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
arrowman Posted September 10, 2023 Posted September 10, 2023 Â I tried to register a new member, with an email that I usually use for these cases, but it was rejected by the system. It says I don't have permission to enter the community. Will it be on a blacklist? How to solve the problem? Thanks in advance
Solution Marc Posted September 11, 2023 Solution Posted September 11, 2023 If you are testing registrations, make sure you have whitelisted yourself as you will otherwise block yourself as spam  David N. 1
arrowman Posted September 14, 2023 Author Posted September 14, 2023 Yes, I found my test user. I've looked at the Spam Defense Registry list and found a few others who are "innocent" or at least not listed as spammers on any other public lists. Where can I adjust the amount of time logs are saved or listed?
Marc Posted September 14, 2023 Posted September 14, 2023 You can change that within the "Prune settings" option in the top right of that same page. That will not change the spam rating however, if thats what you are referring to
