I am getting this error, please can you help to fix this Invision? Also getting another error that is similar before

Maybe it is to do with the length of the title of the custom package?

We can certainly take a look at this for you. Before we continue, please complete the upgrade to our latest release. Once this is done, let us know what you were trying to create an invoice for at the time, and we'll get this looked into
