Mapping Theme buttons, backgrounds and colours to sections.

Is there a useful guide that will show me what sections all these settings are actually affecting? 
 

Alternate button

There is no specific guide for this at present. However its something we hope to improve on within v5

I figured it out. I was trying to edit the default theme. When I created my own I got the wizard icon and could edit in real time.
