Turkish Character Distortion in Seo Friendly URLs

Hello. We use our forum in Turkish and there are URL problems, as I added in the example. There is no problem in the English version, but we experience this because our users use Turkish characters. Is there any way to fix it?

That looks to simply be how your browser (or the app there) is encoding those characters. That is not a software issue per say, I’m afraid.
