Topic title tag customization

Hello, somehow topics from specific forums appear with <title> tags that include the forum name, website name while topics from other forums do not. Here is an example https://www.enotalone.com/topic/456803-dr-lady-check-in…/

I can't remember what I did years back to do this and what settings controls this. Could someone point me to the correct direction?

Has this been resolved? I see that the topic there has the topic title - forum title - website title.
