Is there a way to see one of the user profile fields in the members table?

I am still new to IPS and trying to figure out my workflow to verify new users. I have a required question for all users that is specific to my content. If I could see the answer in the table then it would be easy to spot spammers.

I'm afraid, it is not customizable to add a column to this table for viewing. You can, however, use the advanced search tool to search for things that match what you expect and approve those users. The advanced search can be found on this page by clicking the cog wheel in the search bar.
