Forum constantly logging users out

Hi, we have an invision v4.7.4 forum connected to our Wordpress site with a dual login system (if they sign into the website they are also signed into the forum).

We're having trouble with users being logged out by the system after a short period of time - sometimes while in the middle of writing a post! Previously when this happened the forum would save their draft for them but this is no longer the case either, resulting in some pretty annoyed users.

We've checked with our WP devs that it's not a plug-in or issue on the Wordpress side of things but they can't figure it out so suggested it might be an Invision issue.

Can anyone give me some advice to pass back to them, please?

As you're using a third party plugin SSO, I would advise contacting your plugin author for assistance here.
