Error when posting inline images

I'm getting this error when I'm trying to post an inline image:

 

[[Template core/global/editor/image is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

Please switch to an unmodified theme and disable all third party applications/plugins then try again. Please let us know the results 🙂
