And in setting up ACP -> Members -> Bulk Mail, will this send to new users going forward or all members who have enabled "Send me news and updates" in the past? The bulk mail would only be sent to members who are currently registered at the time you send it. How can I do that? The question is indeed GDPR compliant. You can change the default selection in ACP -> Members -> Notifications -> Newsletter.
