I have deactivated all plugins to see if the activation license issue conflicted and now I do not remember which ones were activated and which were not, now I do not remember how it was but I can not do quick search, I can not write in search I get this:

You would need to test this on a default unaltered theme in the first instance. The layout issues you are seeing there related to your theme unfortunately.
